I repeat - the U.S. is under siege by DJT.

  • tet1953

PR has been under siege ever since the hurricane -- by Trump.

  • Alexis Rivera

Of course Trump couldn't resist repeating a proven lie about the hurricane relief funds. They are close to 40 Billion not 92 Billion like he keeps repeating even as he has been called out on the lie before. I wish he bites his tongue the next time he tries to repeat that BS.

  • RohnertPark1

Much of PR's leadership is corrupt? Lol, pot-kettle.

"several top aides that detail efforts to manipulate public narratives,
operations to discredit negative press coverage and criticism of
    opposition leaders."

Sounds exactly like what Trump is trying to do in the US.

  • SarcasTex

Time for some more paper towels Donnie, get after it.

"...several top aides that detail efforts to manipulate public narratives, operations to discredit negative press coverage and criticism of opposition leaders."

    Sounds like what Trump does.

Oh my when is this man going to learn what his duties are as President of the United States. He sticks in foot in his mouth every time he tweets. Where are our senators and representatives, they also have their heads in the sand...……..this country is so screwed up it will take years to get it back to a place we all can recognize again.

"conversations from a leaked group chat between Rosello and several top aides that detail efforts to manipulate public narratives, operations to discredit negative press coverage and criticism of opposition leaders.
The conversations, made through the Telegram app, also contain sexist, homophobic and misogynistic comments from the members of the group, according to the report."

"Subsitute Rosello's name for tRump & you've got "BINGO"!

    Statehood for PR

  • Machiage

Con artist and pathological liar trump is the one responsible for the protests, may be he should go back and toss more paper towels.
Puerto Rican people needs money to recover, money you promise ya loser!!!

  • Arryandan

Of course, if they had kept the promises of aid for them, there might be no protests, AT ALL.

  • DWileyOne

Puerto Rico is under siege by Trump. He doesn’t give a rat’s patoot about them because they can’t vote ... ergo, they are of no value to him. Same old, same old with Trumpy.

  • reality25

Too bad the corrupt White House isn't under siege.

  • ibDreamin

Lord please let me live long enough to see Trump get his long overdue karmic retribution.

  • GarfieldRocks

Donald must be in Heaven. He has utter chaos on two fronts right now. Iran and Puerto Rico. Where else can we cause trouble?

  • Jack Cole

Great, let's have Trump throw some gasoline on that fire.

  • Fred Anderson

He should have made Puerto Rico independent and set them on their way after Hurricane Maria. I guess he has favors to return and money to make...

  • Tony Peterson

It is true that PR Gov't wasted 92B dollars in aide......they are exceptionally corrupt. I was there with the US Navy....not a good place, nice people though.

  • drathvedar

"The mayor of San Juan is a despicable and incompetent person. . . " Real presidential there Trump.

  • fmd160

It's getting to the point where if Trump cast aspersions at someone/a country etc. etc. they can't be all bad. Just saying. :)

  • 01denese

Well, who's fault is that? Who ignored them after hurricane Maria and left them to starve?

  • MK5111

The president tweeted the people of Puerto Rico "are great" but "much of their leadership is corrupt" -- a charge he's made before. This sounds like he is really talking about himself. Those is glass houses ...

  • XSWER

Why did he bring up the mayor of San Juan? The people have been protesting the governor. I don't think the mayor is involved in this current issue.

  • sg

The country is corrupt, but the governor is great?

  • Lee Thompson

Newsflash to trump -- the entire U.S. is under siege with you at the helm, Mr. Pretend POTUS.
