Ok, let me see if I have this straight. Two women starved their children, did nothing for their healthcare up until the point they were only a few days from death, then had someone take their children to a free clinic and now are blaming the charity group for each children's demise? Ambulance chaser whispers into their ears...FREE MONEY! FREE MONEY! The nonexistent mothers now want justice? The judge should hand out justice.......... child endangerment and child neglect 25 years for the two women and the gallows for the pro bono gang of thieves.

Hundreds died? How many thousands upon thousands did she save?

Hmmmm.... This is a hard one. Perhaps she was offering something difficult to find in the country? Maybe this is a wake-up call to provide better service for low-income people.

I have read the entire article twice now, and it really looks like some or all of these charges are just made up.

NGO's are white mans guilt, they never solve the problem. I say leave the people alone, let them solve their own problems.

    What a christian.

I commend her for trying to help. Whether she went to far in the medical realm obviously can’t be determined from this article. Sometimes even with the best of intentions you can’t win. I wonder is she regrets trying.

"Ugandan health officials investigated Bach and Serving His Children earlier this year, finding no evidence that large numbers of children died or that Bach was treating children."

So to summarize the lawsuit. The first mother is suing her for pretending to be a doctor and treating her child, during a time when internationally notarized documents show she wasn't in the country. The second mother blames Bach for the death of her child. But Bachs organization took her child to to a hospital to be treated doctors in a full setting, and the child died after visiting that hospital. The second mother alleges she believes Bach did something unspecific that killed her child days later after visiting the other hospital.

Who manipulated these grieving mothers into believing they can get payed? They are the real devils here

It sounds like this is a person that wanted to help people and did/does help people in some ways, but then overstepped their roles and started to creep into the areas of medical treatments.

Someone smells money and is trying to get it. You can't be out of country and treat someone and saying go to a hospital is not treating someone. The government hospital was the last to treat the second child and what happen then only matters, these people are what is called dirt poor, they have no money and very poor food and healthcare. They are looking for money now, because someone told them maybe they can get some.

    Greed, how sad

  • Ben Yaeger

Many in these countries should be more than grateful to get any free treatment for their malnourished and dying children. Maybe they should look to their own Countries leaders instead of blaming these international angel volunteers and workers, and then going on to use racist wording and blaming. So sad!

Christians are dangerous. Christians think they can do anything in the name of God. They think they have a god-given right to do whatever they want. They think they have the moral authority to do what they want. And if they get caught, they think that all they need to do is repent to get their get out of jail free card. Christians are America's Taliban.

    Gosh, I haven't played doctor since I was 12.

not guilty. but some grey areas. too many falsehoods from the accusers are very apparent. Back should hang it up and assume a life in the US. Lots of needs here.

White People do more harm than help to black People all over the world. Stop playIng doctor and stop “adopting” us in Africa. Thanks they need to ban all of it including European and North American travels since I’m reading on more and more men going there to abuse and rape children.

  • MakeAmericaCareAgain

If Trump can play president, she can play doctor.

  • think before you type

Investigate and then punish. Not the other way around.

If she is guilty, and it sounds like she may be guilty of some of the alleged crimes but not all, she should be punished.

    Skin Color is irrelevant.

  • Uraq Lowique

Bwahahahaaa...some of you here will defend any white person no matter what. Why don't you take your kids to some unlicensed person with ZERO medical training? Why don't you do that? As long as they had "good intentions", right? LOL

  • Bill Lum

Goodness sake. They're charging/blaming her for deaths when she wasn't even in the country, and referring to her as "white." If it were the other way around, conniption fits would be had.

Let they who have cast support for relief organizations cast the first stones against this woman.

  • Chipnputt

Sounds like her heart was in the right place from the beginning. She should have stopped at providing meals and simple first-aid.
