I am not confident that Virginia drivers are even aware of driving laws. They sure don't let any pesky laws interfere with how they drive!

More laws are just more laws to be ignored.

Just raising the minimum driving age to 21 would save more lives than are murdered by guns every year. I'm just stating a fact, although as a person who started driving at 16, I'd hate to see it raised. However, maybe actually getting through to teens about distracted driving would help.
