The Mayor can be "outraged" all he wants and it won't mean squat. The scum doing this kind of shooting don't follow laws especially gun laws. Too stupid to realize all the bullets that they miss with go somewhere.....
-
When the community protests rare cases of police violence but not cases like this, they lose a lot of credibility.
-
Imagine that happening in America. How, oh how, is that possible? I'm sure it wouldn't be anything to do with the non-existent gun laws in America where everyone has a right to have a gun. Random bullets are something even strict gun laws can't stop. Just ask the NRA. You're country is on the downside .
-
A stray bullet also killed the American woman in Mexico City. So the argument about safety in Mexico versus the US goes out the window.
-
The precious life of a beautiful little girl was cut short by criminals. This is so, so, so sad. Our condolences to the grieving family.
-
NJ is a "gun control" advocate's dream. NJ politicians never met a gun control law that they didn't fully embrace. No law-abiding citizen, unless they have political connections, is permitted to legally carry a handgun....but no one can quite figure out why the criminals don't seem to care...
-
Somebody needs to come forward and give information about this, this little girl and her family deserve Justice
-
You Americans are never going to solve your "gun problem" until you get a handle on your criminal problem.
-
When the community decides that this is an unacceptable behavior and starts condemning violence and ostracizing people who think violence is acceptable then we will have started reducing violence in the streets.
No new laws will do it, only community resolve.
-
Just your average day in Second Amendment Land...
-
I hope they identify whoever is responsible and charge with murder.
-
More gun violence. Could be up to 300 million guns in civilian possession in the USA. What could go wrong?
-
The 9 year old should have had a gun to defend herself with. NRA logic.
-
Too many urban neighborhoods are not safe. It's up to "leaders" to do something about it, without panicking over being racially insensitive to minorities, most who would rather see that the bad guys were taken off the streets.

Just last week I saw a torrent of commenters deride tourists to Mexico after a white woman was inadvertently hit by a bullet in MX City and killed. This crap happens here too apparently!!
-
Talk about feeling helpless as a parent.... Tuck your child away to bed for the night thinking they are safe only to have the nightmare that is outside find her in her bed in her sleep... That family must be beyond heart broken. I hope the catch the folks that were playing "shoot 'em up" outside and hold every single one of them responsible...
-
More gang violence....such animals.
-
That poor baby girl. She had nothing to do with their beef. I hope they catch the cowards and charge them with murder.
-
Horrible news when this happens to any child or their family. I would like to hope the police are able to develop leads that will solve this quickly, but then I will worry for the cops safety when the protests begin if any police officer is required to draw their weapon on a suspect let alone be forced to engage them physically should a suspect decide to avail himself of his right to resist arrest.
I stand ready to be deleted now!
Gang violence. Hate it.
