She's really talented lol. Google "Yoko Ono Museum performance"

Is it not significant that Lennon, the song's (previously thought to be) sole writer, has said that Ono deserves co-writer credit? Who of us can say we know better than him who wrote and deserves the credit for writing the song?

"...so being named a songwriter won't likely change her income from the song but it will extend the song's copyright, Variety noted."
A very Disney-like move.

Granting partial songwriting credit to Yoko Ono is a procedural maneuver which, to me, is of no consequence.
I will continue to credit John Lennon with having created the song "Imagine", which I consider the greatest song he ever created. -
"Ono, 84, deserved credit for the song because of her inspiration and influence on it."
In that case, I want my share of "We Are the World."
Glad. Song based on Ono's book.
