Britain is very vigilant, I was just there on a cruise ship and was the only country out of 15 we visited that came on board and required "all passengers, even those not intending to leave the ship, to come to to ships theatre with passport and they matched every passenger (1200 approx) with their passport before anyone could go ashore.Even in Russia wasn't required, just show passport when you get ashore.

We started a long time ago opening the door for extremist to enter the USA. They don't have to float across an ocean to be here in this country, they never did, we just opened the gates and invited them in.
