    People think that a scholarship means that one is locked in forever. Schools have the right to pull a scholarship for any reason at anytime. not to mention this guy is a grad student...so he completed his obligation to to the school. He has a right to transfer like any other college student...any school who stops a person from transferring is just being a coward.

    Sounds to me like an illegal restriction in the SEC policy. If he has graduated, the school has NO authority over him anymore. At least that is how I see it. He played for Alabama while they paid his tuition, he is now a graduate and free to go to school anywhere he feels is best for his education. If that includes playing football to help pay for it, that should be his right.
