I am forced to imagine how the girl saved herself. Possibly 1. she made cell phone contact, 2. she hiked back to find help. 3. she waited by the wreck for help which involved someone monitoring her flight plan sending out a search.

Sad situation.

These "husky" type aircraft can land just about anywhere as long as they have good power.
Maybe an engine failure.

We aren't doing enough to stop this senseless killing by people flying planes. They are a menace to those of us ground-lings and should be banned. Those things are like drones with people in them. Remember how the government under Bush used planes as "smart bombs" on 9/11. Its a crime that this mayhem goes unchecked.

It's gonna take some major effort to restore that aircraft.

I wonder how she survived that. I hope she doesn't suffer from survivors remorse.
