If the man had his own gun, this all could have been averted.

    >>>But claims she feared for her life.

Gee wonder where this prosecutor has heard this before ?

HMM I wonder. I've been in the same situation and the other driver was at fault driving like a nut job. He then followed me but lost his nerve when I got out of the car with a crowbar.

Throw her in prison for a long time. That is NOT what a gun is to be used for. Extra penalties for giving law abiding gun owners a bad name.

"Sciacca works for the Family Protective Services Division..."

    Surprise! Surprise!

    Another idiot with a handgun...

Maybe the other guy should have been carrying so there could have been a real Texas shoot-em up!

    ... another responsible gun owner...

what amazes me (I guess it shouldn't) is, the article states rather clearly that this attorney pulled in beside this guys' car..video evidence of it, but she has to claim the same lie that so many people who pull guns on others do.. I feared for my life so I had to defend myself..even though she put herself into the situation..she pulls in beside his car, she's enraged, she pulls a gun but she claims she was defending herself. Unless you have evidence to convict people like this, you're going to be dead while someone like her lies thru their teeth about how you were about to attack them.. what chance did poor little ms sciacca have but to pull a gun? what a load of crap.. hope she gets some time for this..

If she works for the Family Protective Services Division it likely means she is a man hating feminist, Certainly looks the part.

I predict that the charges get dropped and we never hear a thing about this again.

"I'm basically scared"? What's that supposed to mean? He couldn't hold his mud? Hahahahaaa.

I lived in Harris County most of my life. The very worst drivers in the county are the Sheriff's Deputies. A few who live in Pasadena and Deer Park shouldn't be driving go carts, much less patrol cars.
They get away with it for the same reason this prosecutor will.

  • Dave Wu

Her word vs theirs. No other witnesses. She'll walk. They'll drop charges on lack of evidence.

she will get off. because we no longer have a justice system, we have a legal system.

I know one thing for sure, people in Houston drive like pigs, like pigs I say.

Give her life without parole like her boss does in Harris County Tea Bag Court House. Guilty until proven rich or a Gubnor Oops donor.

I left the Houston area in 03. There are things I miss, traffic isn't one of them.

People with guns are twice as likely to die by the gun. Fact.

Texans draw and point guns too quickly it seems. That happened to me once in Houston when I gave someone the bird and they drew a gun and pointed it at me. I told my wife never to do that again.

She thought she was above the law. She should learn to control her temper. Rude people cut people off all the time. Let it go, and be on your way. Now you have problems.

  • lava_roc

She's a Lawyer so she'll get off. That's the way our non-justice system works.

  • Have you seen Mike Hunt?

Well SHE looks mean! (OR just unhappy at the moment lol).

The truth will out. Someone's lying.
